SchemeServe is a leading cloud-based insurance software platform designed for MGAs, brokers, and insurers. Our platform is renowned for its unparalleled flexibility, constant innovation, and unwavering commitment to providing Obsessive Support. Established in 2000 by our CEO, Adam, SchemeServe has achieved remarkable success without external investment. We take great pride in our journey and our steadfast adherence to our Core Values. These retreats serve as opportunities to exchange ideas, unwind, and foster stronger connections among our team members.
We highly value self-development and actively encourage our staff to pursue continuous learning and set ambitious personal challenges. Whether it's access to free books, mentoring, or professional development opportunities – we've got you covered. In addition, we offer flexible work arrangements, paid time for charitable endeavors and cultivate a warm and welcoming work environment within a fantastic, relaxed, and open company culture.
We genuinely believe that this is the best workplace you could ever be a part of! If you're as enthusiastic as we are, we can't wait to hear from you.
